A little away from the touristic hustle and bustle that occurs in Cordoba’s famous Jewish quarter, the Taberna Tierra y Mar restaurant has been welcoming its guests since September 2018. Located not far from the Cruz Conde shopping street, the eatery is serving traditional Mediterranean food.
The restaurant aims to offering quality cuisine at affordable prices. Most of the dishes are prepared with regional products of the season.
Guests can choose between tapas, half portions and whole portions, thus having the opportunity to try different dishes from the menu. In addition, select wines from the famous Montilla-Moriles region as well as from other wine-growing regions in Spain are served.
Across the street, the management of Taberna Tierra y Mar has a delicatessen where many of those wines and other gourmet products are available for purchase. More Information
The vicinity of the restaurant has numerous monuments and other sights, including famous Cordoba attractions such as the Plaza de los Capuchinos with its Lantern Christ, the so-called Cuesta del Bailío with its impressive bougainvillae and the Church of San Miguel. This makes the house quite perfect to take a break while discovering Cordoba’s treasures.
