The Spanish word alquería is derived from the Arabian القرية, describing a small rural community settling not far from the city. La Alquería’s installations, decoration and their food pay certain attention to this heritage, honoring this famous era in city history.
Fresh ingredients are turned into culinary delights varying according to season and availablity. Thus, guests can rely on a diversified menu list.
Several dishes are especially designed for the needs of guests with celiac issues; furthermore there is a range of food for vegetarians.
Apart from the air-conditioned inside dining area, there is a wonderful terrace in front of the tavern. Shaded by hundred year old orange trees, guests can enjoy a stay here all-year.
