How to get to Rute

Getting here by car

The small town of Rute is located in the very south of the province of Cordoba. The distance to the provincial capital is approximately 90 kilometers (56 mi). Via the A-45 highway (towards Málaga) visitors can reach the town in just over an hour. To get to Rute, you should use exit 72 (Encinas Reales) and then take the A-344 towards Rute. You will reach the village after fifteen kilometers (10 mi).


Getting here by bus

For travelers without a car, Rute is accessible by public transit. From Córdoba there is a bus services several times a day providing inexpensive and convenient access. The route is operated by the Carrera bus company. Below you will find the timetable and fees for this route.
