Equestrian Parade (Marcha hípica) 2020
One of the popular February events in Cordoba is the traditional equestrian parade which goes through the city center on 28th February of each year, the Day of Andalusia. Organized by the Córdoba Equestre Association, the "Córdoba a Caballo" event excites thousands of spectators along the main streets and avenues of Cordoba.
This year the parade starts at 12 noon in the courtyard of the historic Royal Stables and ends right there after a two-hour march through the center of Cordoba.
Last year, more than 200 horseback riders and around 50 carriages from all over the province of Cordoba and even from other parts of Andalusia took part in the remarkable event.
