Located in the historic quarter of Cordoba and not far from the most important monuments and museums in town, Restaurante Salero opened its gates to the public in 2006. Beforehand, another restaurant was located at the very site.
The restaurant distinguishes itself by its modern architecture and design. Worth mentioning are the inviting ambience and the warm and friendly way of interaction.
The house’s kitchen is open to the guest hall, so that Salero’s guests may witness the preparation of their dishes live. Of course, all dishes being served are freshly prepared and made of select ingredients.
The specialties of the house include dishes such as codfish accompanied by citrus fruits, green asparagus salad with dried fruits or stuffed rolls with Pedro Ximénez wine sauce. Also the house provides changing menus of the day Thursdays through Fridays.
With capacity for serving up to 56 at one time, the restaurant is prepared to meet the needs even of larger groups.
A cafetería and a terrace in front of the house belong to Salero’s facilities, as well.
