Museo Julio Romero de Torres
This museum displays a large figure of paintings of Julio Romero de Torres, who was a native of Cordoba and is regarded one of the greatest painters of Spain. Apart from his paintings, the six halls of a former church harbor personal things of the artist, including his brushes, his guitar, chattles and scripts. On display are also works that remained unfinished due to his death in 1930.
Furthermore, the museum features Renaissance, Baroque and contemporary paintings of several other artists, including Antonio del Castillo and Alejo Fernandez. This museum is located next door to the Museum of Fine Arts.
